Our raspberry jam is made in the traditional way by grinding raspberries, with grains in the jam. The composition of the raspberry jam consists of 60-65% raspberry fruits and the other 35-40% are sweetened with fructose. No preservatives, artificial colors or other ingredients were added to the SCHMEKERS confectionery. The product is only protected by the pasteurization process.
