Our plum jam is made in the traditional way by grinding plums with pieces of skin in the jam. The composition of the plum jam consists of 80-85% of the fruit of the plum and the other 15-20% of the jam is sweetened with fructose. No preservatives, artificial colors or other ingredients were added to the SCHMEKERS confectionery. The product is only protected by the pasteurization process. This jam is a dietetic product and is low in calories.
